Foundation Degree in Music Industry Entrepreneurship

Guitarist and recording equipment The Foundation Degree in Music Industry Entrepreneurship is the only course of its kind in the UK.

It is designed to provide recognised accreditation for prior learning for skills you have already developed in the music industry, while teaching new skills in the classroom and workplace.

The Foundation Degree in Music Industry Entrepreneurship is currently recruiting for its 2nd intake, and there are 24 places available for those who meet the specified criteria. The award has been made possible by the EU’s Convergence European Social Fund (ESF) through the Welsh Assembly Government.

If you are in private sector employment and live and/or work in a Convergence Area in North Wales, West Wales and the Valleys, you may be entitled to a fully or partly-funded place on the course (conditions apply).

The course will be delivered by an experienced team of academics and music professionals led by Dr Paul Carr.

After completing the Foundation Degree in Music Industry Entrepreneurship, you can go on to use your new skills in the workplace or choose to study on the final year of a relevant undergraduate degree.
