Martial Arts director Gareth Evans visits Glamorgan

Glamorgan graduate Gareth Huw Evans, director of martial-arts action movie The Raid, will visit the University of Glamorgan’s ATRiuM campus next week.

The Welsh born director will give a talk about the film, and his career, for students at the University on Wednesday 16 May.

The University of Glamorgan has won renewed accreditation from a major industry body for journalism and broadcasting courses at its Cardiff School of Creative and Cultural Industries.

Twin sisters Abigail and Lucy Philips graduated together from the University of Glamorgan in July 2011. Now the pair have landed a role as ‘fashion-bloggers in residence’ for Cardiff’s prestigious St David’s shopping centre.
