A writer, musician and actor, Robin Lyons has many accomplishments. Most recently he is known for his numerous credits as a writer and producer of animated films and series, most notably 'SuperTed’, 'Hilltop Hospital’, for which he won BAFTA awards, 'Under Milk Wood’ – a film which uses the voice recording made by Richard Burton, and the recent series of 'Fireman Sam’. He is the Managing Director of Calon TV an animation company based in Cardiff, and Chairman of The Welsh Animation Group.

We see the M.A. course at the new ATRiuM as an opportunity not just to train animators to work in our ever-changing industry, but to educate people who will help bring about change, and take our industry forward.” Robin Lyons.
