The course is very interesting and varied in what is taught. There is plenty of opportunity to work on extra-curricular projects with lots of support from the staff.

I feel I have gained a lot more experience and background knowledge from the course which will be helpful when starting out on my chosen career in performance. I have also gained other transferable skills such as, communication skills, presentation skills and technical skills (lighting boards, sound boards, video/sound editing).

I chose to study at Glamorgan as I liked the atmosphere at the ATRIuM and its close proximity to Cardiff city centry. The University offers good bursary/scholarship schemes and was just far enough away from home to gain a good sense of independence.

I am living in a privately rented house with friends in the Cathays area of Cardiff, which is reasonably priced and has a good student community.
